Nashville retail is as hot as ever, but the city’s development has not kept up with the red-hot demand, according to a new report. Music City continues to attract the attention of major national brands which have the funds to afford the limited retail space in the city’s most desirable neighborhoods. But the hefty price tag is threatening to push small businesses out.
