Welcome Diner, the popular restaurant along Roosevelt Row in Phoenix, will be closing up shop and moving its location a few blocks south.
Diner owners posted on its Facebook page over the weekend they were unable to come to a long-term agreement with its landlords for the parcel. The post said the diner would stay open through May 13.
