Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop opened its first Jacksonville franchise on Jan. 30 at 10025 San Jose Blvd. According to a release, two additional Jacksonville-area locations are also scheduled to debut in the near future.
The new eatery will bring 20 new jobs.
The location is owned and operated by local husband and wife duo Skyla and Shawn Seagroves. Collectively, they have several years of managerial and restaurant experience.
