Memphis Medical District Collaborative and Proof Incubator to host Memphis Restaurant Accelerator

The accelerator is for those restaurants that are still struggling from the effects of the pandemic: "What we're trying to do is to build a better business model for some of these restaurants and a more efficient business model."
