Hy-Vee Arena is in play — in the real estate market.
Owner Steve Foutch said he listed the former Kemper Arena for sale to see if anyone was interested. The building, in Kansas City’s West Bottoms area, is currently listed for $36 million.
Foutch told FOX4 that financing for the redeveloped property has been tight, without funding from any Covid-19 relief programs.
