A new community of build-to-rent homes has sold for $48.6 million in Thornton.
Arlington, Texas-based home construction company D.R. Horton has sold Amber Creek, a residential community of rental homes located southeast of East 135th Avenue and Quebec Street.
The Amber Creek community comprises 102 home sites adjacent to a King Soopers grocery store located at 13525 Quebec St. The homes have three- and four-bedroom options, ranging from 1,468 square feet to 1,668 square feet.
