WeWork shows steep losses in latest IPO filing


Office-space innovator WeWork painted a precarious financial picture Wednesday ahead of its high-profile public market debut in September.

In a filing for its initial public offering, the newly rebranded "We Co." says it generated $1.54 billion in revenue in the first six months of 2019, but posted a net loss of $689.7 million.

For all of 2018, the New York-based company pulled in $1.82 billion in revenue and recorded a loss of $1.61 billion. In 2017, it reported a loss of $933 million on revenues…
