Carr Properties, having just earned approval for its Crowne Plaza residential conversion at 901 N. Fairfax St., has shifted its attention to the next big thing in Alexandria’s Old Town North.
The developer, with architect SK&I, will take its proposed redevelopment of 1201 N. Royal St., the existing MetroStage, to the Old Town North Urban Design Committee on June 6.
