Rather than build another speculative industrial park, Trammell Crow will get more than 190 acres of southeast Mesa land "shovel-ready" for development. To get the sites ready for development, Trammell Crow will get to work with the city of Mesa on extending utilities and getting the roadway built out starting this summer.
