Downtown KCK will see $29M in projects deliver 80-plus affordable apartments


A pair of developments plans to have dozens of affordable apartments on the market in downtown Kansas City, Kansas, by the end of the year. One project will target the 55-plus crowd of renters. One developer is spearheading the combined $29 million in projects.
