More Texans could soon have access to the state's medical marijuana program after the Texas House on April 12 approved a bill that would expand eligibility to people who suffer from chronic pain.
The bipartisan legislation, House Bill 1805, was sponsored by Rep. Stephanie Klick, R-Fort Worth, who also chairs the House Public Health Committee.
