Peter Merriman has combined Hawaii and French bistro-style cuisine in his newest namesake restaurant, Merriman’s Honolulu, which opens Saturday in Kakaako.
The farm-to-high rise restaurant, as Merriman refers to it, features an open and bright interior with Hawaii and European design touches – fabrics with a Kamakahala print designed by local company Kealopiko mix with green and white tiled bistro flooring – with a menu to match.
