Ocean 12 restaurant to replace Gatsby’s Prime Seafood in former Tony Mandola’s space

The new Ocean 12 restaurant is the latest offering from New Beginnings Hospitality Group, which owns Gatsby’s Prime Steakhouse and previously owned Gatsby’s Prime Seafood.
