Mission Hill group wants to swap out Roxbury Crossing office proposal for more housing

The nonprofit has approval to build a 10-story office building on a property near the Roxbury Crossing MBTA station, but it wants to instead put a six-story, 120,000-square-foot apartment building in its place.
