SEC alleges North Texas homebuilder and developer defrauded more than 100 investors


The Securities and Exchange Commission has filed a lawsuit against a North Texas real estate developer, a homebuilder and a Chinese businessman, alleging they partnered to raise roughly $26 million in “unregistered, fraudulent” securities offerings from more than 100 investors.
