Historic Quackenbush building in downtown Troy under contract


The Quackenbush building — named for G.V.S. Quackenbush and Co., a department store from the mid-1800s — is home to the Tech Valley Center of Gravity (a manufacturing incubator on the ground floor) and tenants such as 1st Playable Productions, Ithos Global Software, Troy Web Consulting and Eden Renewables, a solar developer.
