A Back Bay penthouse that was once a bicycle factory is on the market for $9M


The building was originally built for Albert A. Pope as a bicycle factory in 1891. Fast forward to 1997, when the building was re-envisioned as a boutique condo by developer Paul Roiff, who created the spectacular contemporary penthouse-in-the-sky.
