A BIPOC-driven creative services center rises in Portland’s Old Town (Photos and renderings)


Construction on a new creative services center, "created by and for the BIPOC community," is set to begin next month in Old Town.

The Horizon Enterprise Building, billed as "Portland’s first creative center for the BIPOC community," has been in the works since December 2021. The structure, set to be completed next June, is the brainchild of Cyrus Coleman and Adewale Agboola, the co-founders of Creative Homies.
