A dispute over a ‘dolphin’ at the East Providence fuel terminal ends up in court


A subsidiary of Sprague Resources LP is fighting for $427,004 in Providence Superior Court, and the disagreement has to do with how to pay for a so-called "dolphin" built at the company’s East Providence fuel terminal.
