A 24,000-square-foot Great Falls mansion reportedly bought in 2017 by a Saudi prince, but never lived in, is back on the market for $11.8 million.

Piper Yerks and The Yerks Team of Washington Fine Properties has the listing for Chateau de Lumiere, an eight-bedroom, 10.5-bath estate, with all the luxury fixings, set on 5.5 acres at 9641 Georgetown Pike. The home was designed and built by Mike Mafi of McLean’s The Building Group Inc.
