A solution that can boost minority homeownership

Buying a home is always a challenge, and while prices in some markets have leveled off recently, nationally home prices have climbed by more than 30% in just the past two years. This, combined with increasing mortgage rates as the Federal Reserve tries to rein in inflation, has created an obstacle on the path to homeownership for many.
