Quality Beverage, one of the state’s largest distributors, has acquired Williams Distributing, creating one of the largest beer distributors in the state.
Together, the new distributor will dispense 20 percent of all the beer sold in the state — or 10 million cases annually — including 45 to 50 percent of all the Anheuser-Busch InBev products such as Budweiser.
