Acting Mayor Young directs EBDI to build space for East Baltimore Historical Library


Acting Mayor Bernard C. "Jack" Young told East Baltimore Development Inc. on Wednesday that it must build out the home it previously promised to construct for the East Baltimore Historical Library, which preserves and shares the history of the East Baltimore community.
