Active listings hit all-time high in SA; ‘It’s super slow right now’


A rise in the rate of active listings, and the number of days a home spends on the market in San Antonio coincides with the Federal Reserve hiking up interest rates last year, making it increasingly more difficult to shift inventory. Now, the number of active listings has surged above and beyond previous record highs.
