Activist Daniel Loeb's hedge fund Third Point reportedly nominated a new slew of directors to replace Campbell Soup Co.'s entire board.

Third Point is seeking to replace the entire board of directors of the Camden, N.J.-based soup maker at the company's annual meeting, officials of the New York-based asset manager announced Friday.
