Additional 30 condos recommended for $40M Bham development


A project to add more residential units to a $40 million Birmingham development has taken a step forward.

The Vestavia Hills Planning and Zoning Commission approved an increase in the number of residential units allowed at Patchwork Farms from 270 to 305, reports the Vestavia Voice.
