A Nashville developer unveiled three new real estate projects south of Pie Town. Among them are plans to redevelop an adult entertainment club.
The Mainland Cos. is planning to turn adult entertainment club Pure Gold’s Crazy Horse into what appears to be a one-story mixed-use or retail building, Nashville Post reported. The club, located at 300 McCann St., is slated to close at the end of September.
