The criminal trial of three former Aequitas Capital Management executives involved in one of Oregon’s biggest financial scandals continues in Portland. On trial are Robert Jesenik, the co-founder and former CEO of Aequitas; Brian Rice, executive vice president of wealth management; and Andrew MacRitchie, chief compliance officer.
