Affinia Healthcare, a nonprofit St. Louis health care system, has named Kendra Holmes as its next president and CEO.
Currently the health system's senior vice president and COO, she'll assume her new role when Affinia's current president and CEO, Alan Freeman, retires, which will occur no later than Dec. 31, officials said Tuesday. Through the transition period this year, Holmes will take an expanded role as executive vice president of Affinia.
