Neighbor’s lawsuit halts housing project that would replace Monte Sereno inn, bar and restaurant


The owner of a bar and a restaurant both located inside a 20-room inn wants to replace all three uses with 36 new market-rate housing units, but a recently-filed CEQA lawsuit has put the project on hold.
