Affordable apartments rising in far S. Austin with after-school programming, other support services planned


The 318-unit development will be reserved for families earning 60% of the area median income level — which is about $59,000 for a family of three in Travis County. There will be standard amenities, like a pool, as well as services on site such as after-school programming, financial literacy training and English language assistance.
