Affordable homes coming to one of Cincinnati’s hottest neighborhoods


Four vacant lots in Madisonville, a neighborhood that has become one of the hottest in Greater Cincinnati, will soon become construction sites for single-family houses.

Madisonville Community Urban Redevelopment Corp. is working with the city of Cincinnati and Titan Real Estate Group to build a total of four homes on Ravenna Street and Peabody Avenue.
