After closing Columbia mall shop, Secolari prepares to sell its wares in Ellicott City


Secolari's store at the Mall in Columbia may have recently closed, but the artisan oil and vinegar retailer won't be gone for long.

Owners Bart and Mary deRosa shuttered their brick-and-mortar shop Aug. 31 after nearly five years in the mall's open-air wing. A message on the business' answering machine confirmed the closure and asked customers to look for emails and social media posts offering more information on where to find the shop's specialty oils, vinegars, seasonings and other products.…
