Maryland-based cybersecurity firm and defense contractor IntelliGenesis LLC opened an office at the Port San Antonio location of Austin-based accelerator Capital Factory. IntelliGenesis CEO Angie Lienert said the tech ecosystem at Port San Antonio was a "significant factor" in the organization's decision.
