Alaskan company puts oceanfront Kauai land back on the market for $20M


A Native Alaskan company has put a prime piece of Kauai real estate — 13 oceanfront acres on the southermost tip of the island in Poipu — back on the market for $20 million after completing infrastructure improvements and securing final subdivision approval.

CIRI Land Development Co. is selling the property at Makahuena Point, which has been subdivided to 10 parcels, in bulk, according to Hannah Sirois of Elite Pacific Properties, who is marketing the property.
