Alerus expects to sell IPO shares between $22 and $24


Alerus Financial Corp. released more details on its initial public offering.

The bank and financial services firm said it will offer 3.25 million shares of its stock at an expected price between $22 to $24, according to a release. The company also expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 487,500 shares.
