Amazon’s new distribution center headed to Tonawanda

A vacant site in TM Montante’s Riverview Solar Technology Park has been selected by Amazon Logistics to develop a warehouse and distribution center.

Amazon confirmed it will be building the $25 million, 134,000-square-foot “Delivery Station”, with the intent of opening the complex by late 2020.

Several hundred full- and part-time jobs are expected to be created.

For Amazon, it will be the behemoth’s second “Delivery Station” following one it opened three years ago in Lancaster.
