AMD blockchain joint venture W3bcloud announces $1.25B SPAC merger


Even though investors have been shunning blank-check entities and the businesses that have gone public through mergers with them, companies continue to announce new combinations.

The latest is W3bcloud Holdings Inc., a blockchain startup backed by Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (Nasdaq:AMD).
