American Dream Safari space to get overhaul, subdivision into two retail spaces


The longtime Edge District home of American Dream Safari – and artist Tad Pierson — may soon house two separate commercial or retail tenants.

Monroe Associates LLC, the owner of 343 Madison Ave., is applying for a $200,000 development loan from the Downtown Memphis Commission’s (DMC) Center City Development Corp. (CCDC).
