Andaz Maui part of Hyatt’s $1B portfolio sale to Host


Host Hotels & Resorts, which owns three hotels in Hawaii, is betting on Maui being one of the fastest-growing tourism markets in the United States with the acquisition of the Andaz Maui at Wailea as part of a three-hotel portfolio it is buying from Hyatt Hotels Corp. for $1 billion.
