Ann Kim will close Sooki & Mimi, reopen as Korean-American restaurant Kim’s

Sooki & Mimi, which has drawn national plaudits for a menu built around Mexican flavors, will be replaced by Kim's, focused on the Korean-American food that its owner grew up with.
