ScoreMore Shows, the Austin company responsible for music festivals such as JMBLYA, has sold a majority stake to Live Nation Entertainment Inc., a $9 billion entertainment giant that also owns C3 Presents, the organizer of the Austin City Limits Music Festival.
Sascha Stone Guttfreund and Claire Bogle co-founded ScoreMore in 2010. The independent concert promoters said it produces "hundreds of regional shows" a year, according to the Wednesday announcement.
