Another KC-area Sears location bites the dust; building is now for sale


The Kansas City area's last Sears service center will close — and the Overland Park building is now for sale.

While the building was used by Sears Holdings Corp. (Nasdaq: SHLD) as a parts and service facility, it is zoned for different uses as well like printing, laboratories, commercial pickup, warehousing or as a showroom or service center.
