"There will be 700, 800 or 1,000 people coming here per weekend to swim all weekend. Talk about turning the light switch back on," said Schenectady County Legislator Richard Ruzzo. "They will be staying in our hotel rooms, eating in our restaurants and buying from our retail organizations."
