Ariza Bellevue developer buys 43-acre site for $3.37 million


The 43-acre site is bordered by the Harpeth River and sits adjacent to more than 50 acres of parkland. The company has filed plans to develop a 417-unit apartment complex on the site, and make multiple public infrastructure projects as well.
