An Arlington apartment complex featuring 616 units has changed hands.
Sutter Creek Apartments, which is located at 2216 Plum Lane, was sold for $53.5 million, Del Rey Urban announced in a news release on Monday.
The three-story community was built in 1984 and offers one-bedroom and two-bedroom near some of North Texas' key thoroughfares.
Commercial and residential real estate brokerage Del Ray Urban, which is based in Santa Monica, California, and Houston, was the seller.
