Arm shares soar nearly 18% in first few hours of trading in Nasdaq


The British chip designer, which has its U.S. headquarters in San Jose expected to raise $4.87 billion during its IPO and achieve a valuation of $54.5 billion. Instead, its valuation should be well north of $60 billion.
