A’s share plans for old Coliseum when they move to downtown ballpark


Housing will be a major component of the A's plan to redevelop the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum when the team moves to a new downtown ballpark at Howard Terminal, team president Dave Kaval said Wednesday.

Appearing with ballpark architect Bjarke Ingles of Bjarke Ingles Group (BIG), Kaval shared some details of the plan to develop a variety of residential and commercial properties on the outer portion of the Coliseum site.
