At tow lot site, Anchor Line pitches 166 apartments in Allston


Anchor Line Partners plans to develop 166 apartments across two buildings at 449 Cambridge St. and 1-3 and 12 Emery Road in Allston, currently the site of an autobody shop and a tow lot, according to a letter of intent filed Friday with the Boston Planning and Development Agency.

The Cambridge Street building, blocks away from the Boston Landing area, would house 126 apartments across six stories, some 4,000 square feet of ground-level commercial space and 69 parking spaces in a two-level garage.…
