Atlanta firms secure rezoning in Rowan County for 1.2M-square-foot industrial park

Atlanta-based real estate firms Track West Partners and Rooker have formed a joint venture named RP Salisbury Partners LLC to develop an industrial park of over 1.2 million square feet.
